Yes, you will need to secure architectural approval before completing any home improvements (including painting, landscape, hardscape, roof, windows, etc.). Please review Architectural Guidelines and Applications in the CC&Rs and Forms section.

This is considered a neighbor to neighbor issue and the Association will not get involved. As a reminder, the City of Mission Viejo Animal Services Center provides Animal Care & Control Services 7 days a week to the residents of Laguna Niguel.
