Q1. Do I need approval to make modifications to my home?
A1. Yes, you will need to secure architectural approval before completing any home improvements (including painting, landscape, hardscape, roof, windows, etc.). Please review Architectural Guidelines and Applications in the CC&Rs and Forms section.

Q2. Do I need approval if I am painting the exterior of my home the same paint color?
A2. No, approval is not required if painting the exact same color scheme.

Q3. Where can I obtain the architectural application form?

Q3. Where can I obtain the architectural application form?
A3. You can also view and download the Vista Monte Niguel Ranch architectural application and guidelines in the Vista Monte CC&Rs and Forms section (The User Id and Password are listed in your newsletter). Or, if you prefer we can email, fax, or send it via regular mail, please allow us to know how we may best assist you.

Q4. How do I get keys to the tennis courts?
A4. You may contact Seabreeze Management (Niguel Ranch HOA) at 949-855-1800.

Q5. Does the Association treat the common area behind my home for pests (rats and gophers)?
A5. Yes, please contact Keystone and we will issue a work order.

Q6. Can the Association do anything about the dog that is always barking in our neighborhood?
A6. This is considered a neighbor to neighbor issue and the Association will not get involved. As a reminder, the City of Mission Viejo Animal Services Center provides Animal Care & Control Services 7 days a week to the residents of Laguna Niguel. All dogs must be licensed through the City of Mission Viejo. For more information, please visit www.cmvas.org or call 949-470-3045.

A7. Note: Meetings are held at the Dana Hills Tennis Center, 24911 Calle de Tenis, Dana Point.
