Q1. How much are the Association dues and how do I pay for them?
A1. $150.00 monthly. Mail, drop-off, auto pay and credit card methods of payment are acceptable.

Q2. Can I pay my assessments online or have them deducted from my checking account?
A2. Answer: Yes, we have an auto-debit program (ACH) that you can enroll in at no charge. This will automate your payment process and your assessment will be deducted from your checking account each month without any fees. Please click here if you wish to obtain an enrollment form. If you wish to go online to make a one-time payment from your credit card or checking account, please click here; however, please note that there is a service fee associated with this type of transaction. Thank you!

Q3. How can I get a pool gate card replacement?
A3. Pool gate keyless card to the Arroyo Maintenance pool are purchased thru Progressive Community Management. The cost is $50.00. Only homeowners are allowed to obtain pool gate keys; no tenants, unless the homeowner provides written authorization stating the names of the tenants & the property address. There is a two card limit per member household. Your check should be made payable to Arroyo Maintenance Association. It is preferred that the key be picked up in Progressive's office in Mission Viejo and you will need to provide pictured ID. Beach Club keys can be obtained by calling (949) 838-1390.

Q4. My neighbor is parking their vehicle(s) in front of my home. Can the Association do something about this?
A4. Parking on the street in the community is allowed; the streets are public streets. We suggest that you speak directly with your neighbor to resolve this.

Q5. Can I reserve the park or the pool?
A5. The community park and pool are for the use of all residents of Arroyo Maintenance Corporation. Reservations are not accepted.

Q6. Do I need approval to conduct improvements on my home?
A6. Yes, approval is required not only from Arroyo Maintenance Corporation, but by the Master Association (SAMLARC). Architectural applications can be obtained online or from Progressive Community Management. SAMLARC applications can be obtained by calling First Residential Service at (949) 709-0011. Information on the Dunn Edwards approved color schemes can be sent to you by Progressive Community Management and a color book is available in their office as well. The paint colors can also be viewed at the Dunn Edwards Paint store located at 30102 Santa Margarita Parkway, #A, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA.

Q7. Are there any fees required to be included with submitting an architectural application?
A7. Yes, there is a $95.00 Review fee for Major Remodels/Tear Downs/Rebuild and a $25.00 Review fee for all other submittals. This is separate from the Master Association ³SAMLARC². The fees charged by SAMLARC will be provided to you in the fee schedule included with the SAMLARC Architectural Application. You may contact SAMLARC at 949.448.6000 to obtain additional information on their charges - see Architectural in the CC&Rs and Forms section.

Q8. The paint on my shutters, garage door or fascia is peeling. Do I need approval to touch it up/paint it?
A8. This type of work is considered maintenance and does not require prior approval as long as you do not change the paint color.

Q9. The community website is asking for a Username & Password. I don't know it?
A9. Please contact Progressive Community Management at (949) 582-7770. They will confirm your home ownership and provide you with the User Name and Password for the community website. Website information will only be provided to home owners.

Q10. When and where are the Board of Directors meetings held?
A10. The Board meets monthly, 4th Tuesday each month; Executive Session (Closed to the Public) begins at 5:30 pm. The homeowner forum begins at 6:00 pm. and is held at the office of Progressive Community Management, 27405 Puerta Real, Suite #300, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
