Welcome to the Bennett Ranch Homeowner's Association

Bennett Ranch in Lake Forest is a family friendly community consisting of 354 single family homes. Built in 1980 by William Lyon Homes, the homes are intermingled with common area greenbelts, historical windrows of eucalyptus trees and adjacent a regional recreation trail & park.

Bennett Ranch is not just a homeowners association, it is truly a neighborhood made up of neighbors and friends. We have developed close relationships with one another, as have our children, which creates a social atmosphere. You can usually find someone walking by waving or a block party on a long holiday weekend. Our Neighborhood Watch program is a culmination of these individual relationships and allows us all to look out for one another.

At a monthly assessment rate of $45.00, we have maintained and improved our common landscape and components beyond that of communities with substantially higher assessment structures. The pride in ownership in Bennett Ranch is tremendous, which makes for a very active Architectural Committee. Approximately 20 applications are received monthly from homeowners wanting to repaint, re-roof or remodel their homes.

We welcome you to the Bennett Ranch website and to our community!
