Welcome to The Summit Estates Homeowners Association

Summit Estates is a beautiful, private, gated community in a lovely area of Anaheim Hills. It was developed as a Homeowners Association in 1989 by four development firms: Baldwin Builders, New Millennium Homes, Standard Pacific Development and Shea Homes. It provides for guard-gated entry access to the private streets of the community. Several custom homes are also found within Summit Estates. It is a "sub-association" to the master community association, known as The Summit Community Association. The master association is responsible for all of the beautiful landscape and trails, both at the entry area and within the gates of the Summit Estates community itself.

The community is cared for by a group of dedicated volunteers, your Board of Directors, which are elected to conduct the association's business. A professional management firm partners with the Board and any active committees to conduct all required business of the community and to interact with all of the necessary service providers that care for the community's amenities.
