Trinidad Island Homeowners Association

Imagine at the end of each day you leave the world behind as you drive across the bridge onto your island oasis. There you find friends and neighbors gathering in the parks, on the beach, or in the marina for social time or supporting one another with life's duties and obligations. Trinidad is not just a community of 336 beautifully appointed and landscaped homes, it is a lifestyle apart from the ordinary. Located in Orange County, it has ideal year round weather where recreational opportunities abound. What a wonderful community in which to raise a family!

According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Huntington Beach was ranked the "Eighth-Lowest Crime Rate Among Large U.S. Cities With Populations Over 100,000" and was also named as "Consistently One of the Safest Large Cities in U.S." by Morgan Quitno Press. Huntington Beach offers residents a superb educational system. Children of Trinidad Island may attend Harbour View elementary, Marine View middle, or Marina High schools. Further educational opportunities are offered in close proximity at Golden West College, Orange Coast College, the University of California, Irvine, and California State Universities at Long Beach and Fullerton. Shopping, dining, and entertainment options are abundant whether in the beachside downtown area or nearby in open-air plazas. Just imagine… you live in "Surf City"! .
